to save storage space

call 20200805 removing columns was pitched and rejected (primarily from Todd)
came up again in chat 20200813 with Hongusda and she agreed about removing to save storage and file load/parsing time

Do you know if that can be removed through subread (generating the original table)... or should I do it when I already have it parsed to add the EntrezID's?
If we remove the columns in R when it is already loaded, we can have to original count file (not uploaded) with those columns, that the tpm file which has GeneSymbol,EntrezID,count,tpm
