CI: pytest dataQC test for data in line 2+

current pytest tests for existence of file expicitly created with 1st line (header)... need to test for more than line 1

Elaboration: Output of dataQC is a text file with a automatically written header followed by data append. Current unit yest only tests for the existence of the file... this can happen if only the header is written Need to test for >1 lines in the file to ensure data append workd
