+Quick and dirty scripts to create singularity bootstrap defs, and then build
+images, for all of the biocontainers on quay.io

+`_quay_create_bootstraps.py` - Creates a singularity def for each container/tag
+
+`_create_images.sh` - Builds a singularity image for each bootstrap def
+
+The bootstrap creation adds some custom stuff (only extra dirs in this public
+example) using the `%post` section.
+
