Installation

python version at least 3.5 is required. If you download the package as a zip file from github, please rename the folder IsoNet-master to IsoNet.

1. Creat a new vitual enviroment (optional)

conda create -n catching python 

2. Install the package

pip install .

3. Test the installation

catching_test

1. Prepare your data, required files are:

• a stack of subtomograms in mrc format
