Resolve "Generate Raw RDS file"

Create raw Seurat object with cellranger_count output Includes:

• cellranger filtered cells (cells without background)
• cellranger calculated dimensional reduction:
  • PCA
  • tSNE
  • UMAP (if late enough cellranger version used)
• all cellranger calculated clustering
