CNN-ChIPr

  1. CNN-ChIPr is a CNN-based model that can be used for predicting RAD21 ChIA-PET interactions, RNA Pol II ChIA-PET interactions, and Hi-C interactions
  2. For RAD21 interactions predictions, please go to folder RAD21_ChIAPET_prediction. The scripts used and a detailed Readme file are available
  3. For HiC interactions predictions, please go to folder HiC_prediction. It has the links to download the data and the scripts needed to generated the training data. It has also a link for a sample test data (Chr1 of GM12878 cell line).
