GUDMAP/RBK scRNA-Seq Image Generation Pipeline

Introduction

Thiw pipelines takes an analyzed Seurat object and generates every image/gene/identity-group. The pipeline can also filter and convert gene names to NCBI ID's and can be output in GUDMAP/RBK standard folder output.
