configs files issues

1. 'biohpc.config' is used by default in 'astrocyte_pkg.yml', so it should contain all the singularity container settings in the new version. 'biohpc_singularity.config' should be renamed to 'biohpc.config'.
2. In the "biohpc_*_gitlab.config" files, the container path should not be hard coded to "s190450/astrocyte_example_wordcount" repo. Should link to the "BioHPC/astrocyte_example_wordcount" repo?
