Split-by for all plots and one row per gene if possible

  1. Change the variables to their display names.
  2. When I split by "orig.ident", the plots are not in the order of ages. They should be 2m, 12m, and 24m.
  3. What's split by "None"? When I tried that, I got a red error message.
