Order and grouping of metadata levels in the plots

1. Categorical variables such as orig.ident should be ordered according to the user choice.

2. If possible, extend the "Group by" function to any combinations of categorical metadata variables including the cell cycle phasing. Move cell cycle phasing to "Group by".

3. If possible, extend the "Split by" function of the violin plot to any combinations of metadata variables.
